Consent. Participation is voluntary. Consent to marketing SMS is not a condition of purchasing a membership, obtaining services, receiving medical care, or submitting an inquiry. We seek separate consent for this marketing SMS program. You must be at least 18 and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on our campaigns and your interactions with us.
Message costs. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages and data under your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any marketing text from us to opt out. You may receive a confirmation message. After opting out, you will not receive further marketing texts from this program unless you provide a new opt-in. Delivery and carriers. SMS delivery depends on carrier networks, device compatibility, and other factors. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to your number. If you change, transfer, or deactivate your mobile number, opt out first or contact us so we can update your preferences. Do not enrol someone else’s number without authorization.
Program changes. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program, subject to applicable law. We will provide notice and obtain fresh consent where required for material changes. Changes will not override an opt-out or expand your consent without the permission required by law.
